Returns / Shipping Information At Court House Academy. All of our items online are made to order. Our standard delivery times are between 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday not including weekends or bank holidays). If you have provided a valid email address you will receive an email once your order has been shipped. All website orders require a signature upon delivery and are sent using a 48 hour tracked & signed service provided by Royal Mail. UK Shipping Rates Standard Delivery on all orders placed using our Standard delivery method are charged at £4.99 for hoody's and £2.99 for caps, tees & vests. All are shipped via Royal Mail tracked & signed 48hr and will normally be delivered within 5-7 working days, this excludes weekends and bank holidays. Europe shipping prices are fixed to a flat rate of £12.00 per order including VAT. If any customs or import charges occur these are the responsibility of the recipient, these will be charged at the point of delivery unfortunately we have no control over these charges as all charges will vary depending on the destination selected.USA shipping prices are fixed to a flat rate of £10.00 per order including VAT. Refund policy
Court House Academy Returns Policy: As part of our endeavour to minimise fast fashion waste, we print all items specifically for your order - this is often referred to as Print On Demand. We therefore respectfully encourage you to look carefully at the sizing charts to ensure you order the correct size. Remember that in most cases we use actual garment size not body sizes in our charts, so allow plenty of room, unless you want the fit to be skin tight! We are not able to refund the original postage paid on your order or any costs you incur in returning items to us. We hope you understand. Return eligibility Our returns period is 14 days after receipt of goods, after which we can’t offer you a refund. The item being returned must be in the same condition as you received it: unused (except trying it on) and sent back in the original packaging. If it is not, then no refund or only a partial refund will be granted. You must follow our returns process below in order to obtain a refund.Returns process 1 - Please email info@courthouseacademy.co.uk with the following details: your name and order number the product code(s) for the item(s) you would like to return for each product, please tell us the reason for the return. in the case of faulty goods, please include photos of any faults. 2 - We will usually respond within 48 hours to confirm whether your return is eligible. If eligible, we will send you details of how to return your items. 3 - Return your item(s) to the address specified in our email. If items are returned after the returns period stated above a refund will not be offered. Please ensure the item is securely packaged so that it arrives with us in exactly the same condition as when you posted it to us. 4 - Once your return is received, we will notify you by email. The package and its contents will be inspected and, within 5 business days, we will let you know whether your return is approved or rejected. 5 - If the return is approved, we will send you funds equal to the purchase amount for each item returned to the payment method you used during checkout. Remember, we will not refund postage costs. Faulty Items: We are proud to say that it is very rare that you will discover a fault in your items. All products go through two quality control checks - one after manufacture / before printing, and one after printing / before despatch. In the rare event that you do have a problem with your order, please contact us straight away at info@courthouseacademy.co.uk  and we will do whatever possible to rectify and make sure you're 100% happy with your purchase. We can replace damaged or defective items free of any charges. Proof of faults will be requested. Any fault must be reported as soon as discovered. - How long before I can expect my goods to arrive? 
All our items are made to order and will usually be dispatched within 5-7 working days from date of purchase. This does not include weekends or bank holidays.

-Will somebody need to be at my shipping address to sign for my delivery?
Yes, all of our parcels are sent via recorded delivery which require a signature at the provided shipping address. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched from us. Don’t panic if you receive a dispatch email from us knowing that nobody will be at the address, a card will be left at the address with instructions to either re schedule or collect your parcel in person from the closest depot.

-I live outside the UK, can i purchase Court House Academy clothing products?
Yes, of course we can ship world wide. Please e mail us at info@courthouseacademy.co.uk to confirm cost. Please note shipping costs outside the UK are slightly higher.

-What are the delivery charges?
Standard Delivery on all orders placed using our Standard delivery method are charged at £4.99 for hoody's and caps, £2.99 for tees & vests. All are shipped via Royal Mail tracked & signed 48hr and will normally be delivered within 5-7 working days, this excludes weekends and bank holidays.
All orders over £100.00 shipping is FREE, just select the option in the checkout. For the EU and USA is charged at a flat rate of £12.00 and rest of the world at £15.00

-I bought the incorrect size, can i exchange my items?
Yes, of course! We all make mistakes, and we are always here to help- But please follow the simple steps as stated in our returns section.

-I have some nice pictures i think you may like, can i send them in?
